This knife is the real deal
I am a Boatswains Mate in the U.S Navy and i have had hundreds of knives but nothing comes close to the quality and sharpness of this bad boy. I am sold on the abilities of the ceramics after buying this one, well actually the one i have is a limited edition with laser etching on the blade and handle but it is the exact same style as this one. I have shown all the guys i work with and they were blown away as well. I held up a napkin from a fast food restaurant and sliced it in half with one motion. CRAZY SHARP, and it will be for as long as i own it, they will even sharpen/fix and or replace the blade if it becomes dull, chips or breaks. GREAT COMPANY, they will have my business from now on.

Sharp any way you cut it!
This knife is great looking and as you'd hope with a ceramic blade very sharp. I was a little disappointed in the locking mechanism which is a bit flimsy otherwise the Stone River Ceramic Knife would have earned 5 stars. I own about 800 knives and have exacting standards.
