Great Product
Arrived yesterday by UPS and I used it for the first time today to make a five pound recipe of Italian Sausage. I am fairly new to sausage making and although I had purchased a good quality #12 meat grinder, I was pretty frustrated by the results I was getting. I would run the meat through the grinder and produce a wonderful product. The next step being to pack the casings, I knew to purchase a stuffing plate and to remove the blade. However, no matter what I did, I'd have to push and shove to get the beautifully textured ground meat through the machine and it would always enter the casing looking like nasty tooth paste. To top it off I was tired and my back was sore by the time I finished. I contacted the people that sold me the machine and they seemed baffled.That's about the time my wife gave me a nice sausage cookbook for Christmas. I discovered that although plenty of people simply put on a stuffer plate, remove the blade and force the meat into casings via the meat...

very handy
fast shipment. this product is great for making hmong sausages. It took three people for the process to run smoothly. However, this product makes the process so much faster than our old machine. HIghly recommend this to anyone who makes sausages frequently.
