Product Description

Classically shaped freestanding jewelry armoire features cherry veneer with "Classic Cherry" finish. There are 3 small curved drawers, 2 large curved drawers, and 1 curved door cabinet that are perfect for storing a variety of jewelry and accessories. The 1st small drawer has 9 squares and all other drawers are open and fully lined in 100% plush black rayon. The top lid lifts open to reveal a mirror for easy viewing and top compartment for storage rings and other accessories. Four fully lined side doors swing open to reveal a row of hooks for hanging necklaces. Traditional Queen Anne style legs with half column posts on the face of each door. The assembly is unique in that upper drawer section ships k/d inside the lower cabinet. The upper swing doors ship inside the large drawers. Attach the 4 legs with machine screws and washers to the lower cabinet. Place the upper drawer section on top of the lower cabinet. Sturdy with few negatives
This Armoire was a Mother's day gift. When it arrived, I was expecting a a whole piece of furniture. Unfortunately it was not. you have to take time to screw the legs, side doors, top mirrored piece, and attach the top drawers tot he rest of the armoire body. I may be naive to the fact that maybe all tall standing armoires come like his, but with 2 people this task was done in only 45 mins. when completed, it was a beautiful and sturdy place to hold all your jewelry. My mom was ecstatic and loves it! She was able to fit all the pieces from the old small jewelry box as well as an entire dresser drawer of jewelry into this armoire. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a standup Jewelry armoire.

Beautiful!!!!!
I LOVE my armoire! It is absolutely beautifule! Very sturdy! The only thing I dont like about this is that the mirror can easily fall when you open the cabinets or drawers. I wish I could sit the mirror back a little so that doesnt happen, but other than that, I love it!

A beautiful, useful furniture tool
I'm very glad that I didn't cancel the replacement order for this armoire (the first one arrived broken). This is a very pretty, useful jewelry chest, with only the mirror, top, and legs to be attached, and all my jewelry fits in it - neatly organized by the many partitions in the drawers. I cannot imagine how I got along without this jewelry armoire. I recomment it highly!

Powell Cherry Jewelry Armoire Review
I was hesitant at first ordering a large jewelry armoire for my wife through the mail with only a picture to look at. After a long period of comparison shopping I chose the Powel Cherry Jewelrey Armoire for my wife. It arrived around the date estimated, but the outside box was damaged and that made me concerned. Upon opening the armoire box, I found the packaging inside of the box had protected my purchase. I then put it together which consisted of putting on the top piece and the four legs which was fairly simple to do.Upon completion, I was very impressed at the quality and appearance of the item and my wife was very pleased with my purchase for her. I was originally nervous about the purchase, but now I do not regret it at all. It is a very nice jewelry armoire with lots of storage capacity for my wife's jewelry. The only down side is now my wife wants to buy more jewelry which may be expensive. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the product and I can say...

Beautiful Aimoire
On October 8, 2010 bought this for my wife as a wedding present due to her always complaining about not having enough room in her old jewelry box. First thing you will notice is that this is Real Wood and not some laminate stuff. Because its heavy as hell. Second its wonderfully mad and the color matched just about perfectly with our bedroom set which is also Louis Phillippe. I will say that on the side doors could use a few more hooks but I added that really quick for $5 from Home Depot. The hardest thing was to find a place that we could put it, so that both side doors could open and we could get into them without a problem.

Beautiful piece of furniture
This is a beautiful armoire. Beware - it is heavy - 100 pounds empty and you must get it into your house on your own! I was able to reduce the number of armoires I had because of this piece. Nice wood. I only wish it had drawer stops, so you wouldn't be able to pull out the drawer completely. Well worth the money.
