Does the job at a good price
Based on my satisfaction with a fiber optic cable from these guys (Eforcity), I decided to try a couple of the phone replacement batteries. The originals are Ni-CD rather than Ni-MH and rated at about 1/3rd the capacity of these replacements. All of which should be to the good for the replacements and they are double A (AA) not triple A (AAA) as I saw one reviewer mention. The preliminary observation is that these batteries are holding a charge and the phones are back to their normal operation. If I had received AAA's I would not be happy at all, but the quick response, price and performance of this product leaves me well satisfied.

Working good.
Took only 2.5 hours to come to a full charge using my Uniden DECT 6.0 cordless phone charger. Phone has been off the charger for two days now, and during that time the phone has been used sparingly to make and receive calls, and it is still holding a full charge. It's a good buy I think.

First impressions
Got this as a replacement for my dying BT-1007 type battery on my Uniden. Straight away saw that this had a higher capacity to the stock one. The Uniden is rated at 500mAh where as this one is 1500mAh so theoretically thrice the juice. Received it 4 days ago, and it is still running strong. I have not had to charge it since the initial charge. But as with any power storage device, have to wait and see how things go in the long run once the memory effect and all that junk kick in.

Great batteries, great price!
I got these batteries two days earlier than I expected to, and with one phone dead and the other slipping away, it was a good thing, too. I immediately plugged a new battery into the dead handset first and placed it on the charger. It was fully charged in no time and has lasted longer than the original ones did by a long shot due to the change in battery technology to NiMH. Whether you're in need of two now or just want to have an extra one around, you can't go wrong with these batteries.

Our original batteries for our Uniden phones were horrible. They never held charge well and were completely dead within the first year. These replacement have worked great. They last for several days, with moderate talking and for a week if not used.

Worked great
We have 4 cordless phone and they are each getting to the point where they need new batteries. I was a little hesitent to purchase these as they are an off brand, but I decided to try, and they work great! Based on the reviews you see for this product, there is conflicting news as to whether ordering the product on this page will get you a genuine Uniden replacement battery or not. The definitive answer is: it depends on who you buy your batteries from.There are several Amazon Marketplace partners offering batteries on this page for several bucks less than what Amazon.com is selling them for. Some of the offers are for half as much as what Amazon is selling them for. I ordered three batteries for my Uniden phones. I selected these batteries because the add and photos in the add made the batteries appear to be the same original factory batteries that came with the phones (Model BT-446). I wanted the same batteries because they had lasted for years. When the batteries arrived I was surprised that they were not the BT-446 batteries show in the add. The shipping was fast but the batteries I received were an aftermarket brand called New Energy and are green in color, not white. The battery number is MB-446. Although I felt cheated by the add, I needed my phones to work so I installed them instead of going through the hassle of returning them and trying again with a different company. I charged the batteries in my phones for a day and they appear to work fine. I do not know of this brand so I have no idea how long they will last. They have been in my phones for about a month and so far so good.

Smaller but they do work
