Great Trailer - Hard to get a tag for it in Pennsylvania
I purchased this trailer and assembled it.It is easy to put together and great quality.Comment for Amazon: The description of this product originally stated free shipping but the shipping was not free and the seller worked with Amazon to correct the issue with the product description but I still had to pay the shipping fee.Once the trailer is assembled you will find that in order to use it, depending on your state, you may need to spend a significant amount of time and money in addition to the cost of a trailer to put it on the road.I live in Pennsylvania and this is what I discovered:* All kit trailers in Pennsylvania must under go an enhanced inspection at a special service station. I called several stations and this costs between $120 - $240+ and some of the inspection stations have long waiting lists. The cost according to one mechanic was mostly due to the complexity and time it takes to fill out the paperwork...

Me and my Motorcycle Love it
This trailer is very easy to assemble, and the directions are clear and concise. I use it to tow behind my motorcycle. I put a rubbermade 48 Gallon box on it and this is an ideal trailer for the wife and I to pack up and go camping for the weekend. It pulls perfectly with no sway left or right. It is lightweight, yet does not bounce too much when hitting bumps. I am very pleased with this trailer and would recommend it to anyone. I did cut 12 inches off the width so mine is now 28 inches wide which is better for pulling behind a Sportster.

Fun for hauling
My 4 year old son loves this more than I expected. He uses his Bruder tractor to pull it and has a great time hauling other small toys around and then dumping them at various locations. It's extra fun as he can use his Bruder backhoe or forklift to load them on the trailer. His wooden letter blocks fit very nicely. Construction is as with other Bruder items - durable to a point. Excessive force will break or dislocate parts, but it stands up well to normal play (at least with my son).

Yes, "for the price". As with all my reviews, I want to qualify "what it is" vs. "what it isn't" so that potential buyers can put it in a frame of reference.What it is:Cheap, incredibly easy to assemble, solidly made. It'll last for a couple of years - enough for 2 or 3 kids to go on semi-regular bike rides. It's comfortable for one 3-year-old or two smaller kids.What it's not:Not made of heavy canvas or burlap, not going to last as a hand-me-down for three, five, ten families to use, not good for applications other than pavement, gravel or smooth packed earth. With the super-simplified hub assembly and plastic wheels, it's not likely to last you a million miles.Impressions:The wheels "snap in" to the hub assembly so there's no magic to this; there's no solid axle, no suspension, just two greased necks that slide in, 'lock in' to metal apertures, and that's it. Its great so long as your on a smooth path
I chose this trailer because I have a very active two and a half year old little boy, and I was worried about the stabilty of one of those chairs that attach to the seat of your bike. I liked this trailer for its smaller size and that it is fairly light and seemed fairly sturdy, okay now here is how it did.SET UP: was very easy, instructions where pretty clear, and most was commonsense. The only thing I had a little trouble with was loosening the bolt on the bike to attach the trailer, so if you have an older bike this part might require a little more muscle.THE RIDE: I took the trailer on a 5 mile test drive today, the trail was paved, but very bumpy due to root growth breaking through the pavement, over wooden bridges, and up quite a few hills. The trailer did well over the bumps just don't take rough terrain fast. Turning the corners onto the bridges presented a challenge, I would have to dismount the bike and lift the back tire to slide the trailer enough to get it...

Ok first the good things about this trailer:1. Price2. Space for additional storage behind the seat which doesn't bother your kid(s)3. Can fit two kids, but also has a "center" seat if it's only one kid4. Easy to install on the bike5. Light to carry6. Good looking ( i love the blue color it comes in )7. Anti-mosquitos and rain coversThe issues we see:1. It has a soft bottom, so we're worried that he might hit something from the ground if we go over a rock or something. So we have to be really careful2. It's wide, of course for two kids, which means its hard to go on small sidewalks.3. Nice Trailer
This heavy-duty trailer is a well designed using a bolt together concept which makes it simpler to ship around the country. The product is made in Taiwan which is higher quality than similar products made in China. I have no problems with the quality of this product. The machined wheel spindles are high quality, all the bolt holes lined up perfectly, and the tires are 6-ply.I chose this trailer because it has a factory paint job unlike most welded trailers. I like my things to look as good as they perform and did not want a rust buggy. The paint finish is high quality. The parts are all small enough to fit through a factory powder paint system. Welded trailers are usually not cleaned and rust pretreated well before the paint is applied.Customer service dealt with some minor shipping damage very quickly! I down-rated the product one-star for shipping materials.

Excellent trailer
This trailer is a good deal for what it is. It forms the base for many custom "teardrop" camping trailers I've seen on the web. I have it with 2x8 planking and 2x4 stringers bolted to holes that exist already in the frame. It is sturdy for a small trailer. Beware it does not come with brake lights, just running and turn signals. Build your own custom trailer and save!

Nice trailer but....
I received this trailer via freight and I was suprised it was all there. The packageing was ripped up and it would have been easy to lose parts. It took me about 6 hours to put together with the help of a winch to flip it over .Had I had extra help it would have been easier. This is a basic trailer with nothing extra. I added a treated wood floor and used it as a flat bed trailer to haul a golf cart home for the winter. It was just barely long enough to fit the cart. I plan on making four sides but you have to order the stake pockets. I also had to buy a ramp. So all in all I would have been better off buying one locally for $200 more and it was put together with sides and a ramp. The plus side is that I know every nut and bolt and it is a decent heavy duty trailer.

Worth Every Penny
For the price this is an exelent trailer. The only thing that was wrong, was when it was delivered the boxes looked like they where ran over a few hundred time. But everything was there and it's not the company its was UPS. It took me and a friend about 2 to 3 hours to put it together. I didn't assemble it to fold up cause I have the room to store it. It cost me $8.00 for the ply wood for the floor and another $16.00 for eight two by fours and a pound of screws for the railings. I haul a 850lb. fourwheeler on it and it hauls it just fine. The trialer does not bounce in the raod at highway speeds nor does it sway at all. I am confinate to say this is an exelent trailer as long as you fallow the weight restrictions. The trailer also comes with all the paper work to get the title and get it registered. In PA for the title and registration will cost you $110.00 and after that it is only $16.00 every four years for registration.

I recently purchased this trailer and was very impressed by the build, the size, and the storage capabilities of this little trailer.First off, I would like to mention to those reviewers at other locations that this trailer is not intended to be used as a commercial trailer for extensive highway and heavy load usage. For those who have this idea of granduer, you need to spend $2,000+ to get a heavy duty 2 ton trailer and don't forget the dually that you need to pull it.Concerning this trailer and its intended purposes... Curt Folding Cargo Basket - Excellent!
I purchased this a couple of months ago and have since had the opportunity to use on a vacation round trip of over 1,600 miles. It secured well to the hitch on my Ford Flex and you wouldn't even know it was there. I used in it in combination with a ROLLO waterproof cargo bag, which also performed excellently, even in eight hours of downpours on the trip home.I could have purchased a cheaper knock-off product, but chose instead to stick with Curt and their quality build. Glad I did.

Sturdy product, folding shank not for Subaru Forrester
This product comes unassembled, as you might expect. The packaging was better than described in some previous reviews in that it was double boxed. The color printed box came inside a larger brown box (the same my Curt hitch receiver arrived in).On removing the items from the box, it is easy to scratch off some of the paint. This may be more of a concern in wetter climates, but since I live in an arid climate, this is less of a worry.The only issue I have with the product is that the folding shank will not function with a 2011 Subaru Forrester. The basket hits the bumper, before the hole will line up to lock the basket in the raised position. I'm not too concerned about this fact, since I will generally only have the basket attached to the vehicle when I am using it. Also, without the folding shank, the basket sits closer to the vehicle, instead of sticking out an extra 18 inches.The package comes with a non-locking hitch pin. I purchased one...
