Does the Job and One Man Setup!
I purchased this scaffold from Lowe's for $219 the the price on Amazon has them beat, but I needed it right away and couldn't wait for it to be delivered. I use this quite often so have given it a work out both inside and outside. And have some good things and bad things about it.Interior use: It is great for almost any use from hanging drywall to working on ceilings. And since you can set the legs at different heights it works well in the wider stairways. It also rolls very smoothly on level surfaces. Overall it is great - BUT if you have two big guys on the scaffolding and lean over to get a sheet of drywall, it can tip at the worst time. So for handing drywall, I would recommend that you also purchase the outriggers (note: can't be purchased at Lowe's).Exterior use: On level ground like a sidewalk, patio or driveway, this is useful. But on uneven ground it can be dangerous with the use of the Model #I-CIS04 Outriggers that are sold on Amazon for...

home kitchen remodel
Bought this at the request of my husband.Has years of construction experience. Used this to install upper kitchen cabinets in our remodel. He has plans for outsides uses. Heavy duty construction. Better than some that he has used while he was working for the local hospital. Probably more than what's needed for the average homeowner that is not "handy around the house" beyond the minor repairs.

Very functional, bought two to stack to reach 14-foot ceiling in new garage. Also bought outriggers and guardrail system---pretty scary without those additions when stacked two-high. You can definitely tip this thing over without the outriggers.

I Wish I Had Bought This 30 Years Ago
I first saw this product (portable scaffold) earlier this year when we had some extensive wall and ceiling repair done prior to my painting a room. The man doing the wall/ceiling work just set his scaffold up, got his mud and smoothing knives ready and went to work. Didn't so much as use a ladder. Very, very efficient. No going up and down ladders.Over the years, in doing interior painting jobs in the house, I have always used a ladder (9 ft. ceilings) -- going cheap. After seeing the wall guy use the scaffold, I said, "Never again". Get the right tools for the job -- get a scaffold and stop this silly ladder thing. I ordered the Werner portable scaffold a week after the wall refinishing was done, ready for painting.The scaffold is quite ingenious in its design. It is absolutely safer and more stable than most ladders I've seen, though don't work from the top level of the scaffold. After finishing a wall or some windows, I unlock the wheels and roll it...

Little old lady appreciates the leg up!
I'm insulating my house with loosefill rockwool and this scaffold is proving to be very very handy. Sometimes I stand on it and others it's rolling along next to the ladder keeping the bag of rockwool and tools within easy reach. It has been in constant use since recieving it (extremely easy to set up) but it'll be nice to store since it takes up very little room for its size. I was concerned about a comment that the wheels bent but these are very sturdy pins that took some force to push into the legs, so it's hard to envision that happening on this one. In fact, I'm thinking of buying a second one and linking them for some upper wall work.

This portable scaffold really saves time on projects. Instead of climbing up and down the ladder, you can simply roll on to the next area with the handy well built casters. It is narrow enough to roll through hallways, but has enough space for a 6'2", 230lb guy to stand on comfortably. It may not hold up to the wear and tear of everyday use of a contractor, but for the DIY crowd, this is nice addition to the toolset. Saw it for less than 100 at the HD.I bought from amazon, shipped 2 days with prime. Box was beat up, but there was not a scratch on the blue frame. ( It didn't stay clean too long, but it has already been worth double the cost in time savings.)

Highly recommend this scaffolding
The scaffolding we got is yellow but the picture shown is correct. It is a heavy duty product compared to a cheaper one we had looked at in Home Depot. It is easy to adjust and you feel safe and secure using it. The wheels lock for extra security. We would recommend this product. The only thing is the cost of shipping was a lot almost as much as the product itself.

I have six of those from various companies (red and yellow) and all interchangeable except for the guardrail setup. At the time I purchased those, none of the local or big box stores carry it. Now Lowe's and Home Depot and Harbor Freight all have them in stock for around $200 plus tax.Painting a single story house need two high plus guardrail. Two-story house will need three or four plus guardrail. The standard outriggers good for two high but anything higher has too much side-to-side racking for my comfort and need additional bracing and/or attached to house structure. There is no provision for uneven surfaces, would be nice if wheels have screw adjustments. I use a ladder to climb up to the platform, would have been nice to have trap doors to provide climbing from the inside. Would be nice too to have accessories like a pulley system to handle material and a working platform for laying paint buckets and tools. No problem in making those, just easier to buy it...

I recieved this scaffolding with a broken brake on one wheel. I have tried to email the company who sent this item and have recieved no response. The scaffolding is very good quality and assembled easly. It is easy to adjust and except for the broken brake I would give it a very good rating. I feel a company should stand behind their product and replace broken parts. I am still waiting to hear from this one. Shipping is very high because of the weight of this product, just slightly less that the cost of the product.
