Best quality deal in a roll
I am really satisfied with this purchase the quality is great and the price is right.I do not agree with the reviewer who gave this 2 stars simply because the pre-cut products are more convenient.It would be more fair to compare this with other rolled products. Pre-cut is three times the price and that does not even include the shipping.I also did not find that the paper curls up it does not lay 100% flat but it does not curl up and get in the waylike other paper I have purchased in the supermarket.

Great value, and it's healthy!
I bought this parchment paper for two reasons: the value for 71 square feet, and the fact that it is unbleached. I've used it a few times to make cookies so far, and it's performed well both times. My wife and I use parchment paper a lot when we bake to reduce the amount of cleanup and to prolong the life of our pans. We both like that this is unbleached because it means less chemicals involved in processing the paper, which ultimately means it's healthier for you.The only CON that I have about this product is the packaging. They need to put a cutter on the box so that you don't need to manually tear or use scissors all the time. Giving it 4 stars for that reason - the paper itself is otherwise great!This parchment paper is a great value for what you get, and it performs well in and out of the oven. Recommended!

Great Paper!
I use this paper in my business for monthly statements that we send out to patients. My business machines have no problem managing it, in fact it seems to run through my printer/copier more easily than standard office paper. My patients seem to like the professional quality. I actually think that we receive fewer questions on bills since the high quality paper prompts us to be perceived as "More Professional" overall. I would highly recommend this paper in spite of the fact that it costs more per page.

Fine Quality Parchment Paper
I purchased this for a genealogy project I was working on. I printed w/ an epson artisan 720 and was able to use the auto-duplex printing feature with no problem even though this is pretty heavy paper.

A Baking Must Have
Baking parchment was a wonderful invention but the rolls never seem to work out to the right length and it is single use only. If you have ever baked a bunch of cookies (several trays worth) with parchment you know it can be a pain to keep replacing it. Well, super parchment is reusable and super non-stick. If you do a lot of baking it quickly pays for itself.I trim my super parchment to be the same size as my cookie sheets. I have used the same to sheets for years without any degradation of function. When I back cookies it is at least a gross and often far more. I also use them for panless bread baking. The sheet is 13"X17" and will fit most pans. It feels a lot like oil cloth in its slickness but this can take the heat. My local overpriced gourmet kitchen store sells these for $[...] but they are worth much more in time savings, ease of use and cleaning, and functionality. If you bake then you should check this stuff out.

I've been using this stuff for 5 years and have bought several packages of them, as I have them to fit all my baking pans. And I use it now to put my artisan breads on, and then just lift them onto the baking stone in the super hot oven, or into the Dutch oven (ala Artisan Breads in 5 Minutes) and eliminate the use of cornmeal. I couldn't bake without it.

A must have for bakers
I can't say enough good things about this product.I've used it for everything from cookies to sticky-jam filled scones and have NEVER had sticking issues. It's lightweight, easy to fold and store. You can cut it to fit any pan size - including round cake and spring form pans. Yet it's sturdy enough to slice your desserts on.I don't know what I did without this - and I gift it to all of my baker friends.

I <3 this product.
My mom always baked cakes with parchment or typing paper rounds in the bottom of her pans - they come out of the pan so easily. Precut rounds make it even more awesome. I combine these puppies with the baking spray with flour in it and the cakes slide out like hot butter. They're AWESOME. I just wish there was a package size between 24 and 1000. :)

Saves time and parchement paper
Saves time and parchment paper -- these rounds fit the cake pan perfectly and assure that the cake does not stick to the pan. Easy to use and store the rest in the package they come in. Saves lots of time that would have been used doing the tiresome tracing of the pan, cutting the round and wasting all the excess parchment paper around your cut-out. A must have for cake bakers! Using an external flash mounted to the hotshoe of my camera, I aimed it at the foam core, so that the light would be bounced back and would hit the cookies from the side (side light is much more attractive than a direct light source when... You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment for a MacGyvered lighting set up. Any ole white or light surface can be used for bouncing and directing your light where you want it. Oh, but don’t go just yet. Cover 2 large cookie sheets with parchment paper. Turn oven off and allow meringues to cool and dry in the closed oven for an additional 90 minutes, or until dry. The napkin and lid of the container caught some of the light being bounced off of the foam core and threw it back onto the cookies, filling in the shadows just a bit on the left side. I figured instead of only sharing the recipe for these delicious, impossibly light meringues, I would also pass along a few tips that could help you avoid some pitfalls along the way. I keep a big piece of scored foam core in my kitchen for reflecting natural light back on the food that I photograph, so I set that on the counter to the right of the cookies. It was well past dark O’clock by the time the meringues were dry and ready for their photo shoot, so I had to resort to a flashed image. Increase speed to high, and start slowly adding the white sugar, followed by the powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. I like to do a bit of research before beginning a new kitchen project, especially when that project involves something that I have struggled with in the past. If you don’t have any, you can lightly spray with cooking spray and then dust with powdered sugar.
