Luk 05-065 New Clutch Set
I recently purchased a Luk 05-065 New Clutch Set for my 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from DIY Transmission Parts.The parts arrived very quickly... as in three days quick. I had them installed a day after they arrived.Though this is the "recommended" replacement for the factory clutch, it's MUCH stouter. In my estimation, there was at least 40% more surface area (considerably wider) on the clutch disc compared to the factory unit.The only hiccup I had was with a faulty throwout bearing after only a few weeks of normal driving (no off-roading, abuse, or riding the clutch). Since I ordered from DIY Transmission Parts (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, by the way), i was taken care of. I simply contacted them via Amazon and I received a reply within minutes - not hours or days (super nice folks, by the way).After I was put in touch with a Luk Technical Support representative, a course of action was recommended to ensure that no other parts were faulty and...
