Works Great as always
When it comes to accessories that bolt on to weapons, one should always apply loctite to the screw attachments. I've used loctite blue over the years on multiple rifles, mg's etc. and none have ever had any issues despite heavy firing schedules. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Good price and Quick Ship
Purchased this for several uses. One for a screw-type pin on a 1911 sight that always wiggled loose after 100-ish rounds. Haven't had an issue since. Also have used it on other projects around the house and has worked every time. Please note that the blue is the "non-permanent" type and red is the "permanent" one. Make sure you choose the correct type for your application. Sometimes the blue does take quite a bit of wrestling to get it to shear though. Also, the Loctite is very runny, so I would highly suggest laying down some newspaper or pouring in a little cup or plastic ramekin and use a q-tip or toothpick to get on threads.

With 'LOC TITE', 242 made a giant leap forward. Combining hard, EBM beats to politically motivation, this served both as a 'how to' to others in making aggressive moves, and also as a statement in its own right.Many will know 'Threadlocker' as the centerpiece and highlight, but there is much more to admire here. The work is as ominous as it sounds, all foreboding and dense and layering. It has been used in war and aerial attacks by bomber planes. A line in the instructions reading 'First In First Out' shows this ot be a modern, more commercially functional work; it sounded much better than most other groups' efforts, and also was ahead of many other groups.For those more familiar with works involving 'Nails, 'Headhunter' is also a star and there are two versions of it available. Check them out too!

A must have
Have a screw that from repeated use won't stay put? Then this is what you need. Just remove the screw, place a drop of this stuff on the thread, then replace screw. Screw will stay in place from then on! Just a simple torque with a screw driver and the stuff breaks up for easy removal. A must for the weekend DIY!

Loctite (great stuff) in individual serving size
Loctite is just the trick for locking down screws and bolts. The medium strength (242) is commonly referred to as "blue" loctite. It's "temporary" in the sense that you can still break the screw or bolt free with enough force. The High Stregth ("purple") loctite requires heat and force to break it lose.I really like this particular product because it comes in small (half a mil) individual capsules. It's more expensive per mil than buying a larger bottle, but unless you use loctite often it probably ends up saving you money. Every time I've bought a large bottle I end up having to throw it away after a few uses because it goes bad once opened.

Don't pick up a wrench without it!
I work on motorbikes which vibrate any nut loose in minutes. Loctite is one of those essential products I never allow myself to run out of. It prevents a nut from unscrewing...unless you want it to unscrew, then you can simply unscrew it with a little more force. The little bit of friction added by medium strength loctite is awesome. Use it on everything you ever touch with a wrench! I even carry a little tube of it in my bike tool kit.

As far as I can tell the medium strength loctite is working well. Where I used it I haven't had much opportunity to treally test it.
