Metra 70-1858 Radio Wiring Harness For GM 88-05 Harness
At first I was disappointed with this product. I have a 1994 Chevy Silverado K1500, which comes stock with an AM/FM stereo and cassette player. After removing the cassette player, the plug from the dash did not fit this adapter, nor did it even closely resemble it. After some research I found that you have to remove the CDM box from under the dash (near the steering column). Once this was done the new set of wires sticking out of the dash fit directly into this harness without a problem. Another perk was that the wire colors matched the factory ones for my Sony Xplod CD player.A little splicing and it powered right up. I have no complaints about this harness or its effectiveness.Some of the other reviews marked this harness down because it did not fit the dash wires. Works with a little effort
I bought this to install a new head unit in my 1998 Saturn SC2. It arrived on time and all the wires came pre-stripped at the end which made it easy to connect to the adapter for the radio. My only issue with this was that the wires did not match up with the harness in my car when I went to plug it in, so I had to take a bunch out of the plug and put them in the right order. It was not a difficult process, and it could be achieved with a little help from a paper clip and an extra set of hands (my dad helped me out), but for some reason I was expecting them to already all be in the right order. However, this was my first time working with car electronics of any kind, so I really didn't know what to expect going in. Having said that, even with that setback it still was not difficult to use and now that everything is straightened out it works great. No major complaints. Just be prepared to adjust some wires. Doesn't fit Fords with OEM electric brake/tow control
Nice looking product and will most likely do the job for many - but not on the F series Ford F250/350 Super Duty trucks with an integral electric brake/tow control. The OEM plug terminate at the engine fuse box, not a frame mounted connector

Used it on 2004 Chevy Malibu Classic
Great harness and great price, I'm writing this review to help someone find a great harness and doesn't want to spend over $80 for a harness (harness that holds the car chimes)Tip during installation, since the Malibu classic doesn't provide a +12V ignition/accessory cable in the factory harness an extra red wire is provided so you can go to the fuse box and tap into it. Well, i found it more convenient to tap straight into the ignition harness, I use the accessory wire of the ignition wires(brown color). I connected my aftermarket radio illumination wire (orange white line) to the solid orange color of this harness. Hope this helps someone since I went to a little of trouble myself installing the radio and now I enjoy my aftermarket radio.

Got this harness so I wouldn't have to hard wire a new stereo into my truck. Just connected the wires from the harness to the stereo harness, and one hot wire to the fuse box, and plugged it into the original stereo plug, and it was done!Now, if I want to put the original stereo back into the truck when I replace the truck, all it will take is a few minutes to do.Great product!

Colors may not match up exactly
I bought two of these. One for a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and one for a 2003 Pontiac Vibe. Worked great on the Chevy, but we had problems with the Vibe. We could not get sound out of the speakers though we had full power. After doing a lot of Googling, we figured out that we had to connect the blue/white wire to one of the black wires. I believe it was to #12. If you follow the diagram that comes with the packaging and forget about trying to match up the colors, you'll be fine.

I particularly appreciate OEM products; and Miele bags fit this description. They fit perfectly, contain and control everything the Miele machine vacuums, and slide closed at the neck to make sure the dust and dirt remain enclosed when you remove them from the machine. Work well but way too expensive
I am using these bags with my Miele Capricorn S5981 and like them a lot. They are extremely well made and in fact so substantial-looking that the first time I looked at them I thought surely this was a permanent bag and the actual dust collection bag would be inside it separately. Not so - these are in fact the bags you change out. Very impressed with that. They are also very easy to install and remove with no spillage from the bag when it is full.That said, the price is mind-bogglingly high. Four bags for 19 dollars comes to $4.75 per bag. Ouch. Half that would be plenty, especially when like us you live with three cats and have a lot to vacuum on a daily basis. The one-star deduction is for that only.Other than that this is possibly the most perfect vacuum bag there is. On second thought, make that the most perfect expensive vacuum bag there is :-)

Great inexpensive for use with Honda Entertainment systems
I have a 2009 Honda Pilot and 3 kids and the Honda's DVD Entertainment system only comes with 2 headsets. Hondas headsets are about $40-$50 each and since I don't think any headset will last with my kids, I decided to try XO Vision. These headphones work with the DVD system, sound pretty good, fit head sizes both large and small at a fraction of the Honda OEM headset price. I decided to get two pairs as back up or to entertain others. For the price of under $20 you can't go wrong.

XO has lots of love for my SUV!
To purchase the headsets from GM are currently around $80 a piece. I just purchased 4 for under that amount total! It does not get much better than that!I just purchased a used GMC Yukon XL with the integrated DVD (Panasonic) and needed to get headsets and the remote ... these worked without a glitch!One comment though to keep in mind is that these are single channel IR headsets. For example, my SUV supports two channels, one for the DVD, and one for the radio. Therefore, with a two channel headset, one could swap between the DVD and the radio/CD if one wanted. Due to the fact that these are only single channel, all I get is the DVD. However, my goal was to have the kids watch their DVD while I listen to the radio, so this is all that I needed.I am not an audiophile, but they sounded fine enough to me. There was no buzz or hiss and felt comfortable enough. Lets put it this way ... the kids do not complain and stay quiet ... that is good...
