9X12 ft. Canvas Dropcloth
Bought five of these dropcloths after seeing the positive reviews. I made them into curtains for my porch. It work perfectly since there was a seem in the middle and I was able to easily remove the seem to make one dropcloth into two panels. All I had to do was hem the top and bottom of the panels to make them into curtains. I am very happy with the quality and would recommend this product.

Nice weight, nice color, shrinks
I bought this drop cloth to use as a throw cover on a sofa where dogs like to sleep. Right out of the box and out of the bag it had no odor at all. It is a nice weight and a lovely oatmeal color. I machine washed and dried it which changed the texture. It's much softer and wrinkled, but an attractive wrinkling like washed linen. There is a seam down the middle that is blue jean stitched, so it's not going to fall apart or fray.The 12 foot (144 inch) length was actually 11 feet 10 inches (142 inches), and it shrank to 11 feet 2 inches (134 inches).It shrank more in width. The 9 foot (108 inch) width was actually 8 feet 10 inches (106 inches) and it shrank to 7 feet 5 inches (89 inches).

easy to shake out ....works perfect for average room sizes and with most paints....be careful with oil based or thinned stains as they can soak through most CLOTHS inluding this one...but for latex or scraping ect...its perfect

Does its job
What can I say? It's a rough piece of canvas you lay of the ground. Paint doesn't get through it to the floor or anything, so it does its job. Only complaint is that it's an odd long piece, but I already knew that from the description.

Canvas drop cloth
I bought this to cover a sofa that I bought that is a dark red background with flowers. This sofa I want to put on the patio and needed a heavy canvas material to withstand the Florida sun and weather. This was the best canvas for the price, and I went all over to find the right material. I am going to paint it with fabric paint to have a pleasant looking sofa. The wood part of the sofa is bamboo so I will keep in with the tropical theme of the bamboo. The red part with the flowers just doesn't do the sofa justice. Will send a picture when the sofa is covered.The canvas is a very good quality and will lend itself to the painting and the covering of the sofa.

Surprisingly Heavy, And All Cotton
This dropcloth lives up to high expectations. It's all cotton canvas, made in India, and quite heavy. The entire dropcloth is truly heavy to carry. It's not going to slip around like something lightweight.Although more expensive than plastic dropcloths, this heavy weight dropcloth will stay in place and can be reused many times. The sides are folded and sewn, protecting the edges from fraying. The package says that canvas is subject to shrinkage, but 12' x 15' is quite large and shrinkage will likely not be a problem.I like this dropcloth and felt good using it to paint the inside of my garage. I never liked working with plastic dropcloths because they've always folded in on me, perhaps due to carelessness, making a mess. Pre-Shrink!!
If you are using the drop cloths for sewing, as I did, make sure you pre-shrink them. I did not, despite reading reviews that I should. My curtains turned out great - all of the pre-finished hems, etc., meant only sewing a header. All was fine until it rained, they got wet and shrunk up about 3 inches, despite never being near a dryer! Oh well, they are on our screened porch, so it is not the end of the world, but I wish I hadn't been so lazy!I would recommend them for any outdoor sewing projects you may have, as they are a good value for the money. I am sure they would also work well for their intended purpose ~ I may do that with my left-over pieces.

GREAT
I bought these to cover the floor and bed of a room I am painting. I bought 3 to be safe and ended up using 2 since they are very big. Ideally I wanted to get cloth covers but I rarely paint and these were so much cheaper. The quality is good; they are thin but they wont tear by accident or simple walking, etc. I paid under $7 each with free shipping and consider it a great deal.

Great product
I purchased 2 full size mattress covers; 2 rug covers, 2 twin bed covers which I used to cover cat trees (worked great). Every cover was thick but thin enough to work with and tie ends in knot if we were not taping down.They were spacious enough to fit over both the mattress and its foam mattress topper so I was able to package each mattress with its components.Great product, super fast shipping, quality was unbeatable at any price.

Multipurpose life saver!
This drop cloth is durable, washable and beautiful. My granddaughter loves the bright colors! My daughter loves the fact my granddaughter can paint to her hearts content without ruining her floors! My daughter uses it as a food drop cloth as well as for crafts and painting. She would like another so she does not have to move it around as much! All stand-up easels should come with this drop-cloth
This drop cloth is fantastic. We use it under the Melissa and Doug stand-up easel. Children can paint without adults worrying about paint spills. Even if not painting, it is a good chalk dust collector as well. It is sturdy and wipes clean very easily. It also protects the hardwood floors from scrapes when the easel is bumped/dragged on the floor. This product should come with every stand-up easel.

good multi purpose drop cloth
I bought 2 of these - one for under my daughter's art easel and one for under her kid size table & chair set. They work great. At the table she has dropped playdough, food, spilled drinks, and dripped bubbles on it. The drop cloth does a great job saving our carpet!

I actually bought some drop cloths at Lowe's as a cheap alternative to traditional curtains, but you can use these instructions to make curtains out of just about anything. I plan to cut each cloth in half in order to have two panels for each window, but you could put it up as one panel to cut out some steps if you want. I bought two 6x9' cloths (one for each window) for about $15 apiece. Today we'll be looking at some easy ways to make your own curtains, and be sure to check out my post about how to hang curtain rods as well. Once you decide what length you want your curtains to be, you can go ahead and hem them if they are pre-made or make some curtains of your own. I usually prefer floor length curtains, but if you want something shorter your curtains should end either at the sill or apron of the window, as shown in this illustration. I like the ring clips because they are easy, they are safe for Baby B (if he pulls on them they should unclip instead of pulling down the rod), and because I think the dark rings and rod look really sharp against the wall.
