Space Bumper Cars
You could hear the laughter of the kids from miles around as they enjoyed this toy. And we couldn't wait until they went to bed to try it! The remote control Space Bumper Cars were perfect for our 5 and 4 year old. The cars could speed over floors as well as carpet. It takes a while to understand the remote but it didn't stop the kids from having a blast.

Futuristic Design and Performance

The Bump 'n' Chuck Bumper Cars have a sleek, aerodynamic design that adds to the intensity of their races. This look begins with the drivers. Each driver is seated in a color-coded car (orange or blue), and wears a black full-body suit with an orange or blue helmet, gloves, and shoes.

Each remote controller has two different levers--the left side controls the movement of the car, and the right side controls the movement of the working fans on the back of each car. The joystick abilities on each remote controller are fairly sensitive, giving players strong control over the direction and agility of their cars. Functioning, manipulable fan vents give the illusion that the cars are actually powered by wind.

Bump the Cars to Eject Your Opponent

Each of the round cars has a set of two orange or blue buttons on either side. The object of the bumper car game is for the players to bump their opponent's buttons to send the drivers flying from their seats.

Once the buttons are bumped, a driver is ejected from the car seat and a sound chip is activated. The car sounds a cackling cry to announce that there is a victor in the game!

What's in the Box

Two bumper cars, two remote controllers, two drivers, and instructions.

Newer Revision is AWSOME! (all complaints were w/old rev) & GREAT customer service...
We received these last Christmas and by the end of an afternoon there were major problems - a motor problem with one car and a broken peg under one of the drivers and some odd radio glitches. I called Kid Galaxy the next morning and received fantastic treatment. I explained that the item was a gift and I didn't have a receipt and the representative I spoke with assured me that they would make things right. Within a couple of days I had a box show up at my house containing a brand new set!The new set was different colors (black & red vs the blue & orange)and I immediately notice that the little peg under the drivers appeared to be totally redesigned (more robust). We inserted the batteries and have never had ANY more problems (aside from replacing batteries) over the last 11months (we were playing with them yesterday).Hopefully there are no more early revisions floating around out there but even so given my experience with Kid Galaxy I'd definitely...

Bumper car is a great indoor ride on toy
I noticed from the other reviews that the people were disappointed that you have to hit the car hard to make a noise. I guess if the noise was a major part of your buying decision this could be somewhat of a disappointment. I have three kids however and don't need any more noise in my house. For this reason I am glad it hardly ever makes noise. As far as ride ons go we have had quite a few and this one is the most favorite. My almost two, four and six year old all love to ride on this. I think the reason is two fold. One, the wheels swivel like they would on a better suitcase. This allows the child to go in any direction smoothly, unlike a regular car which has to be picked up/dragged to change direction. Two the way the wheel is placed does not interfere with the older kids knees. A common complaint when stealing the little guys other ride ons.I like it because it doesn't seem to scratch my hard woods as much as the other cars which have larger wheels and have to be...

Expectations were higher
A cute little toy that I thought would be a better idea than it actually is. My 21 month old grandson does like it, but he doesn't love it. It requires batteries if you want the sounds. It makes funny sounds when it bumps into things, such as "boing-g-g-g-g", but it has to be a fairly substantial bump. The rear wheels in my opinion need to have a wider wheel base. My grandson wobbles from side to side on the seat, but he doesn't fall over because he doesn't go too fast, and he has a foot on the floor beside each of the wheels. Maybe the purpose is to begin to teach the type of balance that he'll later need to ride a bicycle (???) I don't know. He does sit on it and push himself around the room, usually for short periods of time. He speeds up and slows down. He gets off, plays with something else, then gets back on, and rides across the room on the car again.

CUTE!
LOVE IT! It was a little smaller than i thought, but my child is 52 lbs, but it still holds him.

Fun Magnetic Puzzle
We got the magnetic bumper cars puzzle and played all the different puzzles. It was fun for everyone in the family. It is a game played on your own. Great for rainy days when we are at the cabin - there are no batteries and you don't have to plug it in. When we solved all of the puzzles, we passed it on to my brother and his family. It's ruggedly build and the cars are kind of retro-cool. I feel this is a good value.

Enjoyable
I bought this product for my eleven year old son. He enjoys trying to figure out different ways to put the cars together. It's a fun game.

Not So Good
First of all, check the measurements, this toy is 'small'.The first puzzle is simple, ok.. good so far, but there are only 8 puzzles and once you've done them.. well.. that's about it.My son played with this for a few minutes on his own, fascinated by the magnets. Then we did the first puzzle together. He hasn't touched it since. I really wouldn't recommend this at all. I saw it on Mindware but purchased it here because it was cheaper. If you want to spend around $20 on small plastic cars with magnets in them, by all means grab this. However, there are many other ed toys out there that would easily outshine this. This is summer's garage sale fodder for sure.

Fun!
My daughter has a lot of fun with these cars. They take a lot of batteries between the 2 cars and two remotes but she loves that they "crash" . We've found the included ramps to be a bit useless, but it's not why we bought the toy. It's nice because it's not hard to share when things come in a set of two =)

I like your bumper car image that’s exactly how it feels coming up against all these authors who feel that what they are doing is the most appropriate way to promote. It’s a crazy environment with people acting is they were bumper cars, all bumping into each other and backing into each other, and no one really knowing where they are going.   Plenty of bad books — Twilight comes to mind — hit the best seller lists, while great books don’t even sell all of their first run. People blasting their ‘buy my book’ messages all over Twitter (or even worse, your DM inbox) are damn annoying.   Writers have sent me direct messages asking me to help promote their book, and all I can think is that I can’t even figure out how to blog properly to draw people in.   Exactly what am I supposed to do that this writer isn’t doing.   I get a lot of authors on Twitter, and a day doesn’t go by without a dozen or more Tweeting “Buy my book.   The advertiser knows that a camper against a pristine campground will get people to buy the product because they’re looking for that experience (I’m currently reading a magazine called Trailer Life. Just don’t be annoying about it and don’t send pure promotion messages too often (but in my opinion it’s ok to have one little ad among regular good content). That’s all I can do. I hope my readers will recommend my books because that would be the best (and only good) way to promote my stories. But as one commenter said, it would have been great to get some concrete advice on how to market to non-readers, not just writers (who are also avid readers).

There are car stickers and decals that state political bias, insult particular politicians or presidents, past and present, car stickers and decals that tell people where you went to school, humorous bumper stickers, car stickers and decals... This is a definitely strong statement that I formulated in the this particular headline, stating that Americans must have motor vehicle stickers or decals, isn't it. At this point, so that you know, while I'm the vice-president of sales and...
