How to activate Karkand on Origin once you download it from Amazon.
Code-in-a-box and 3rd Party method: Open the Origin client on your PC, and click Redeem Product Code, under the Settings menu (gear icon). Enter your code then hit Next. Confirm that the code is for Back to Karkand and hit Next again. You will receive a confirmation of your code redemption. You will now need to go to My Games and update Battlefield 3 to play Back to Karkand.For me, I didn't have to update anything in my game once I activated the game. (Karkand may have come with that 4GB patch release a while ago.) Anyway, I just started a game, and joined a Karkand map. Truth be told, I too was confused as to how to activate the game until I came across a post by EA. I hope this helps.

4 new maps, new weapons and vehicules, it is not like most of todays DLC. 15$ just for maps *cough cough COD cough cough*it is great the only thing that i hate is conquest assault i dont like it that much but the maps are way better than the vanilla version maps. for 15$ this is just awesome.

OEM vs remanufactured
There seems to be several misunderstandings about ink replacements.1. OEM from the manufacturer2. Remanufactured from a ink distributorThe inks are basically the same, where do you think the OEM company gets the ink? In order to charge more to cover overhead and profits the OEM companies develop things like chips to "read' the ink. When you buy a remanufactured ink product they will not have the chip and "CAN" read empty misleading people into thinking the cartridges are partially empty and they got a bad deal. In reality they just dont have the chip so the computer misreads the info. It is simple to go into the printer software and turn off the chip reading service and everything will work fine except the ink level readings. They arent really accurate anyway. If getting an inaccurate reading of how much ink you have left is that important to you then you will need to buy the expensive OEM ink for that feature. This is an awesome Webcam for use with Skype(I have not used it with other Video Conference Software).The new mount is better than the C910(Not that I had a problem with that one anyway). It now has a tripod mount. I found it works very well on a 25" LCD Monitor, Laptop and a 42" rear Projection TV.Bandwidth usage Information(tested on Skype 5.8 with an i5-2500K Desktop and Lenovo T410 i5 Vpro laptop with 1Gb/s Lan connectivity)1980 by 1080 by 30 FPS peaked out at about 8Mb/s (C920 on Desktop and C920 on laptop)1280 by 720 by 30 FPS peaked out at about 3-4Mb/s640 by 480 by 30 FPS peaked out at about 1.4Mb/s(I also got this usage when testing a STD laptop camera on a Lenovo T410)The C920 does seem to use a lot less CPU than the C910. 640 by 480 on a core 2 Duo HP laptop was up to 80% CPU. C920 vs. C615 vs. C525: Direct Comparison
I was able to do a direct side-by-side comparison between three Logitech webcams: the C920, C615, and C525. Here is what I found:Right away I noticed that the C920 was a superior product - as it should be, considering it is Logitech's flagship webcam at the moment. But my initial impression was that the extra features might not be worth the size and setup tradeoff. There are three things that the C920 does not have:1) While all three models attach to your computer monitor in about the same way and all three can tilt up and down, only the C525 and C615 can turn side to side. In fact, they can turn around 360 degrees and more. The C920, however, has a threaded tripod mount, as does the C615.2) The C920 lacks the excellent "fold-and-go" design of the other two models, which makes packing and travelling easy, while protecting the lenses. Excellent Point and Shoot and Worthy Successor to S95
At the time of this writing the S100 was just released. I recently bought the S95 on the recommendation of a friend who is an avid photographer, thinking the S100 would not be released until much later. The S100 just started showing up in stores so I bought it as well, intending to return one of the cameras. So I had the opportunity to compare them both!To preface, I'm an intermediate level photographer, and it is just a hobby. I do own a DSLR, but it is one of the lower end models in the DSLR world. Still, I have become comfortable with manual adjustments and own a few lenses for it. I owned five Powershot S Series (s30,s50,s60,s80,s90) cameras prior to purchasing the s100. I took close to 100,000 photos with my s90 in the two years that I owned it. I am a semi-professional photographer that owns multiple Canon EOS DSLR cameras with L lenses.First off, I don't think it's fair to compare the s100 to DSLRs, APS-C, Four Thirds cameras. These large sensor cameras are in another class and even my really old Canon 10D with 6MPs will at low ISO have better image quality than the s100. If you don't mind a larger camera that is not pocketable and are willing to spend more, the s100 is not the best camera for you. For example, the Sony NEX-5N will give superior results to the s100 in nearly all situations.The s90, s95 and now s100 are all unique in that the are truly pocketable--all the competitors are too large for pant pockets (Panasonic LX5, Olympus XZ-1, FujiFilm X10). A disappointing change from the s95, still a solid camera
This camera, in my opinion, isn't nearly as good as the s95. However, it does have its positives, namely its user interface, wide angle lens and aesthetics.A very surprising positive for this item, is the user interface, specifically the button layout on the back of the unit. Canon reduced the total number of buttons and moved them around. Shockingly, I immediately adjusted to the new layout and found it very hard to return the unit, mostly due to the buttons' ease. After years of Canon's old layout, I am still amazed that I adjusted in less than a week to the new layout.The unit also features a rear thumb rest and front grip, combined with a less slick and more textured finish, the unit feels much better in your hand than the s95 ever did.The s100 features a 24mm lens vs. the 28mm lens of the s95. That is a huge improvement in wide angle shooting and creating more life-like scenes.Unfortunately, that's where the good ends on this...

So you install the game, install punkbuster, and install Origin. Okay, sure, everyone wants to use always-on DRM now, price of admission and all that. Punkbuster is fine, aimbots are way worse than a little anti-cheat software. Then this happens:Bonus Kübler-Ross sections:Denial:1. You get an authentication error and can't start the game for a day or two.2. You start the game only to go to something that looks suspiciously like a website. It is a website! Game itself is great! Origin and Battlelog slightly bring down the experience.
I wanted to write a review about the game itself, and not focus so much on things outside of the game i.e. Origin and Battlelog.I've been gaming on the PC since the late 90s, and this is one of the best games that I have experienced. If you enjoy first person shooters on the PC, then this is a must. The game features stunning graphics, but it can still run, and look good on a mid range PC. This game goes above and beyond what other shooters have done in the past and has interesting and unique features (if you want to call them that) that other games simply do not have. These include realistic physics that affect all projectile objects (bulletts fall over distance), suppressive fire that blurrs the screen of the player being suppressed, lasers that blind you, flashlights that white out your screen in dark areas, and sniper's scopes show a glare in the sunlight.
