Excellent Chair
The Chair was better than I expected. Very comfortable and leather is top quality. The chair was well packaged. Assembly was very simple. It was little tricky to get the gas lift to work for the first time.I Called customer support number of the manufacturer. They answered immediately and they put me with a support rep immediately. She was very helpful and gave me good instructions on how to get it to work. I am very happy with the product and the quick and good customer support.

Very high quality and comfortable
I telecommute so I spend a great deal of time at my desk working on my computer. Over the last few years, I have purchased many desk chairs and every one of them ripped, regardless of price. (Avoid bonded leather chairs since they are primarily plastic or poly.) This chair is real leather and it has a quality feel. The leather is soft but feels very thick and substantial. The chair is extremely comfortable and unbelievably easy to assemble. It comes in two pieces, the base and the remainder of the chair. Unwrap both pieces and drop the chair on the base. (Tab a in slot b, done!) The hardest part was unwrapping since it was so well wrapped.I definitely recommend this chair for anyone who wants comfort and quality. I am pretty certain that durability will also be part of the mix.

Great chair
Many pros----------We have had this for two months and it is a terrfic buy for the money. It is very comfortable, and seems quite sturdy (my two boys seem to think one only should sit on the arms despie my admonitions). Unlike some "leather" products that turn out to be synthetic or bonded leather, this is the real thing (it feels great and you can see the edges of the leather while putting it together).Con-----I am very handy and reasonably strong, but someone who is neither might ned help getting the arms bolted in. Other than that, it went together quickly.

Nice chair! Better than what I could buy in a store!
I really like this chair! My only complaint is that it was difficult to assemble it. It was very difficult to put on the left armrest. I still haven't been able to get the last bolt in place because the pre-drilled hole doesn't line-up properly. Otherwise, a very nice chair :)

boss wing back chair
This is a really nice chair, Amazon did a great job of packaging and fast shipping. My reason for only giving it 4stars is because one of the screw holes on the left rear leg dosen't line up. The legs are held in by three large screws so I'll live with it, but I think boss manufacturing should have better quality control for such anexpensive chair. Other than that the chair is fine , well constructed and great looking.Its a little stiff, butI'm sure it will break in and be a great reading chair.

Boss Wingback chair in burgundy
I needed to replace a burgundy wingback chair in my guest bedroom that had gotten quite old and used looking. The new chair had to be relatively small due to the lack of space in the bedroom. The Boss wingback chair turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! It's MUCH better looking than my original chair and the design is outstanding. It arrived on time and in excellent condition with only the legs needing to be screwed on. Simple set-up. My only negative comment is that the seat area is somewhat smaller than the old chair and is raised and rounded somewhat making it less comfortable to sit on. Also this chair is not for someone who is overly well-proportioned. Having said that,it is absolutely perfect for my guest bedroom which doesn't require a more comfortable chair for reading and serves more as a place for me to throw clothes on while cleaning out the closet or hanging up clothes. It really is a great looking chair!
